Spinda
Spinda @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Return
- Superpower
- Sucker Punch
- Fake Out / Wish

Return is good STAB and has good neutral coverage.
Superpower boosts Atk and Def thanks to contrary, and gives good coverage.
Sucker Punch is priority and hits Ghosts.
Fake Out can be used to scout and is STAB priority,Wish can be used for healing, but its low HP means it won't pass much to teammates.

Superpower spinda is extremely rare. Otherwise a solid moveset.

Spinda is a crazy-eyed drunk midget panda with red spots. Yet another phrase I'd never imagine I'd use.

Spinda @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spe
Brave Nature
- Superpower
- Return
- Rock Slide
- Zen Headbutt / Sucker Punch / Fake Out

  • Superpower- This guy is to be used in a Trick Room team and only a Trick Room team. Superpower boosts his physical because of Contrary.
  • Return - Great STAB boosted by Superpower.
  • Rock Slide- Nice coverage.
  • Zen Headbutt / Sucker Punch / Fake Out - Filler.

Spinda @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP /128 Atk / 128 SpA
Brave Nature

  • Superpower
  • Assist
  • Hyper Voice
  • Shadow Ball

Partners:
Victini Victini w/ V-Create
Lucariosomething with Close Combat
Serperior anything with Overheat, Leaf Storm, and/or Draco Meteor

Do note that you can only have a single move on any of the other Pokemon, or the strategy will fail. Have fun with this :)))

Spinda @ Choice Band
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Thrash
- Psycho Cut
- Sucker Punch / Feint Attack
- Power-Up Punch / Wild Charge / Rock Slide

  • Thrash: Uber STAB, nice damage, high accuracy.
  • Psycho Cut: Deals with Fighting types
  • Sucker Punch / Feint Attack: Hits Ghost types
  • Power-Up Punch / Wild Charge / Rock Slide: Take your pick, coverage. I prefer Wild Charge.

Hope this helps! :)

I've found this to be an amazing counter to any set up including Clefable, Mega Sableye and Aegislash.

Spinda @ Choice Band
Ability: Contrary
Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 HP /4 Def / 252 Spe
- Trick
- Skill Swap
- Drain Punch / Sucker Punch / Rapid Spin
- Teeter Dance / Encore / Disable

-Trick locks them into a specific (hopefully status) move

-Skill Swap makes their stats decrease when they use moves like Stockpile or Dragon Dance (it also works on Pokemon with Magic Bounce because it just forces the foe to use Skill Swap instead.

-This is your offensive move just so that you aren't completely useless late game. Take your pick. I like Drain Punch to sustain Spinda.

-Teeter Dance confuses everyone, Encore locks them into a move if you have already tricked off your Band, and Disable makes the tanks even more useless. again, take your pick

If you see something that you suspect to be a set up Pokemon, just switch in and screw with them

Spinda @ Focus Sash
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Flail
- Rock Tomb
- Superpower

With this moveset, you want to go against an opponent with a lower speed stat than Spinda. You use superpower, get a boost in attack and your opponents attacks you, most likely bringing you to 1 health giving flail 200 base power+stab. Because you won't be outspeeding a lot of opponents, you can use rock tomb to lower their speed and hopefully outspeed them, in that case, you still get the 200 base power flail, only without the +1 attack from superpower. If you can't outspeed your opponent, even after a rock tomb, you just use superpower turn 1 and then sucker punch, hoping to knock him out, or doing some damage.

Spinda (M) @ Persim Berry
Ability: Tangled Feet
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 Spe
Nature: Hasty (+Spe, -Def)
- Trick Room
- Teeter Dance
- Brick Break
- Thrash

Trick Room is for getting my Speed up because I only have one speedy Pokemon.
Teeter Dance to confuse the enemy.
Brick Break is a good move and can break Light Screen and Reflect.
Thrash is good STAB and with Tangled Feet harder to hit.
This is made to make sure your team's Pokemon go first, but you need a slower team for it to work right.

"The Spiral Really Confuses you" Spinda

Spinda @ Life Orb
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Teeter Dance
- Zen Headbutt
- Sucker Punch
- Feint Attack

Teeter Dance it! then Feint attack it or Zen Headbutt it! if its snapped out of the confusion Sucker Punch it!
Then Teeter dance it! then Feint attack it or Zen Headbutt it! if its snapped out of confusion Sucker Punch it!
Then... Repeat it!

Spinda @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Brave Nature
- Trick Room
- Superpower
- Sucker Punch
- Return

First set up Trick Room, and start using Superpower. Superpower will raise your Attack and Defense with the Ability Contrary, and hopefully you can then start to sweep with Superpower, Sucker Punch and Return.

Dazed and Confused @ Assault Vest
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 Atk / 248 SpD / 8 Spe
Adamant / Calm Nature

  • Body Slam / Return
  • Superpower
  • Sucker Punch
  • Stomping Tantrum / Ice Punch / Wild Charge / Rock Tomb / Psycho Cut

Choose between a STAB that has a good chance to paralyze or a STAB that is stronger with no beneficial effect. Superpower is a damaging Bulk Up thanks to Contrary. Sucker Punch is priority and hits Ghost types. Stomping Tantrum pairs well with Sucker Punch. Ice Punch is coverage, Wild Charge is coverage, Rock Tomb lowers Speed of things switching in, Psycho Cut covers Fighting types.

*With Assault vest and after a Superpower boost, Spinda becomes a pretty well-rounded Pokémon in terms of bulk

Spinda is so funny. I hope it isn't drunk, though. Here's a Choice Scarf set for Spinda, not to be used in Gen 9 NatDex RU.

Spinda Wheel (Spinda) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Contrary
Tera Type: Fighting / Normal / Psychic
EVs: 4 HP or Def / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Superpower
- Dizzy Punch / Body Slam
- Sucker Punch
- Psycho Cut

Superpower is a great coverage move that boosts your Attack and Defense, thanks to Contrary. Sucker Punch can be used for priority to revenge kill Pokemon at 1-10%, and is coverage if you Tera Psychic. Dizzy Punch and Body Slam are great Normal STABs, and both offer a chance to Paralyze or Confuse an opponent. I would recommend Body Slam over Dizzy Punch, though. Psycho Cut is coverage against Fighting types. Jolly is for Max Speed, to not outspeed a lot of Pokémon, but make sure you outspeed them when you can. I would recommend Adamant though. Tera Fighting gives you a boost for Superpower and turns a weakness into a neutral hit. Tera Psychic boosts Psycho Cut and removes Spinda's Fighting weakness. Normal boosts the STAB choice. However, you won't really waste a Tera on a Spinda, would you?
