-can learn a 100% confuse move and Attract
-Has good defense and special defense
-Has a small amount of weaknesses
-Has a good speed

-Ken Sugimori's Lanturn HG/SS art.

Lanturn is weak to only Ground and Grass. (If you give it an Air Balloon, Cut Ground off.) Its SpDef/Spd is ok if you EV train. It can learn Confuse Ray and Attract. I hope this helped enough :)

A Seperier would know attract but not confuse ray.He's really good though.
