Baby Pokemon cannot breed so Tyrogue itself won't produce an egg.

However, you can breed Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee or Hitmontop to make a Tyrogue egg. Since they are a male-only species, you must breed them with Ditto.

Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee & Hitmontop can't breed with Ditto! Ditto can only breed with genderless Pokémon.

Ditto can breed with any Pokemon excluding undiacoreved egg group which is Pokemon like pichu and legends that's only about 50 out of about 650
