How do you ever get shiny Reshiram on Pokemon Black?

iv seen on youtube you can get shiny reshiram in poemon black

You cannot get a shiny Reshiram (or Zekrom or Victini) during the game, because they are programmed to never be shiny. As far as I know there are no events that have given away shiny versions but I may be wrong.

But most likely, they just cheated and hacked it into their games.

they had probably hacked the game as it is programmed that victini reshiram and zekrom can never be shiny

There is no possible way to get a shiny Reshiram unless you cheat which can ruin the fun in the game forever. Would you rather have a cheated game or a regular Reshiram?
