Will anything be different in the english pokemon conquest?

So on the OFFICIAL POKEMON WEBSITE it says that pokemon Nobunga's ambition will be released in canada as pokemon conquest. Will they be a difference in the japanese game compared to the english one apart from the language?

PS. I've played the japanese version before.

EDIT: Also, will the shiyn rayquaza event be hosted here as well?

No. Usually, language is the only thing that's different. If there are events, Japan gets different events than Canada versions.
