Where can i find Arceus in pokemon Black (if i can)

You can get arceus in pokemon black in 3 ways:
1. Poketransfer from ss hg, platinum, etc.
2. Hack with a action replay(not encourgeing)
3.Type in the password ARCEUSVOTE in global link to recive a movie edtion of Arceus.

Use Poketransfer or the you could get it by a dreamworld event that passed some time ago.
So ,Actually, No you cannot unless you use Poketransfer.
