yes it dosent matter what moves the pokemon hatches wit has long as the pokemon can learn it by level up,breeding,or hm/tms. its not good to hack to force a pokemon to a learn a move it shouldent
Yes because the emboar it came from probably knew the moves so it got passed down its perfectly fine.
