You Cannot Transfer any pokemon from white or black (or their sequels) to a previous generation game

yes you can just go to the poketransfer lab near white forest or black city and on the other game just go to the union room

Poketransfer only goes one way. from 4th gen to 5th

i do poke transfers from soul silver to black so I know Swaggron is right.
