Can you Baton Pass ability boosts?

Not like Speed Boosts. Like, Flash Fire or Motor Drive boosts. Also Blaze, Torrent, and Overgrow boosts.

You can only Baton Pass stat changes, so you could Baton Pass a speed boost from Motor Drive, but you could not Baton Pass something like a Flash Fire Boost.
