Can I still get Zorua?

Question

You know the event for Platinum, SS, HG, Pearl, and Diamond(long gone) where you get Celebii, then trade it to B/W to make Zorua appear?
Well, I have the Celebii from the event, and I want to know, if I trade it to my B/W game now, will I be able to get Zorua, or is there another Wi-Fi thing I would have needed to do to make it appear?
