Dream World ability breeding?

I get that if you have a female Pokemon with its DW ability it gets the ability but when I breed it has its normal ability am I doing something wrong......

That's becaus it's not a 100% chance to pass down.
Or you're breeding with Ditto. That won't work either.

No, you're doing it right. Your only problem is luck - when you breed using a female Pokemon with a Hidden Ability, you have a chance to pass that Hidden Ability along. But the key word is 'chance' - it's not 100%, and there's no way to make it so.

So, keep at it and you'll get one eventually.
