Are there anymore moves which ""Drastically"" raise/lower stats? (Apart from cotton guard)?

As far as I can find, the only moves that do that are Tail Glow and Cotton Guard.
- Tail Glow: Raises Special Attack by 3 stages
- Cotton Guard: Raises Defense by 3 stages

Quiver Dance, Shift Gear, Shell Smash, and Coil don't raise one stat, but raises different stats at once.

Belly Drum maxes your attack
Momento lowers your opponets attack but you faint in the process

By the looks of it, prior to Generation V, Tail Glow only raised it by two stages (sharply), now three (drastically).

that is correct Fizz. Manaphy became much cheaper after Tail Glow became +3.

Fell Stinger could also work if it KOs, that is if we do allow moves that give the stat buffs after certain requirements are met (i.e  if the move KOs or if the user has enough Hp).
