What is Hidden Power's highest Base Power?

Question

Since there are only a certain number of IV combos (like, I dunno, 200 :P), there has to be a maximum to the Base Power.

Between Generations II and V and in Legends: Arceus, Hidden Power's BP is capped at 70. From Generation VI onwards, Hidden Power is always a 60 BP move.
