How much does choice items raise attack speed sp attack?

I always wondered this. Also life orb. I don't know how much more damage/speed they give

The raise the stats by 50%, which is why they are popular competitive. However, as you'd probably know, they will only allow you to use the same move in a row, unless you switch out or the item is removed.

• Choice Band increases Attack by 50%.
• Choice Scarf increases Speed by 50%.
• Choice Specs increases Special Attack by 50%.

For the Life Orb, it increases the power of the move by 30% (special or physical), though at a cost of 10% of max HP with each hit.

The check mark in the top right of the answer is how you select BA, but you dont have to select one every time you ask a question its no big deal you wont get in trouble or anything

The question its self is fine but its a dupe, had it not already been asked you wouldnt have received any flags....other than that i see no reason for it being flagged
