Becuase I have found that there is a variety of old questions that don't have great answers so I go back and answer them but becuase they are not new no one knows and the best answer is still a wrong answer or incomplete or not the best

The Pokebase home page already shows recently answered questions. The home page is the one from choosing "Pokemon Answers" in the main blue menu i.e. http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/

When you click "Questions" that just shows questions in the order they were asked: http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/questions
