Add something to the rules and the ask a question page about the Friend Safari.

Hey PM :)

Recently, many new users have been asking questions about collecting Friend Codes for the Friend Safari on the PokeBase. I woke up this morning and found two or three of them in the Admin and tons more in the hidden section. Here are some from just the last 10 hours:

This isn't the first time this has happened. In fact, it has happened ever since X and Y were released. To stop people from doing this, I suggest that you:

1. Add something to the rules about how asking questions about collecting Friend Codes is not allowed in the PokeBase.
2. Add a little message at the top of the ask a question page on the PokeBase section telling people where to post Friend Safari requests. The Friend Safari page has over 80 people collecting codes there, so they will be more successful there anyway.
