Update the Rules page?

Just checked out the Rules page, because, to tell you the truth, I haven't looked at it since I signed up :p But I noticed some of it is pretty outdated, such as:

'Points don't mean anything currently, though they may provide moderating powers in the future.'

Usually just little errors or missing info like that. The cause is mainly because when you update the site, new rules/features are added and the Rules page falls behind on the details. Don't get the wrong idea though - it's not that important.

I started rewriting the rules page a while back but never finished. The page I was doing ended up too long and I like to keep things as short and easy as possible. But yeah I'll get around to finishing it at some point.
