Can you enable the option of having moving Gravatars?

I don't think it is possible to have a moving Gravatar, and Pokemaster can't control it, the people that run Gravatar would control that. If you want to suggest this tell the people at Gravatar.

ok, i kinda meant to have this part of the site where u put in the URL of the moving picture like on Desktop Nexus (check DN out sometime!)

Exactly, we can't do that without making an entire new section of the site involving our own picture system and that would be way to much work for all that it would do. So in short, no, this can not happen. Sorry
