IP Checks are only for Mods and Pokemaster. Screenshoting depends on your computer. Give more information about your computer and i can tell you have to screen shot.

Screenshot is Ctrl+ Print Screen on a PC

Hold down control, command, and 3, and you're screenshot should be saved in your desctop. Then upload it to imgur.com and you can show it to people. Only mods can IP check, btw.
