I couldn't get on the site for about an hour.

Question

It gave me the below error message when I tried to get on the site.

Could not establish database connection. Please check the username,
password and hostname in the config file, and if necessary set up the
appropriate MySQL user and privileges.

Looks like the downtime was close to 2 hours which is pretty ridiculous...

It wasn't really that angry, though I did ask for some compensation, given that they have a 99.99% uptime guarantee.
