This is no error when a person edits their answer before its approve this happens. This is why i suggested that the way stuff is approved be changed. Mew covered what i really want to happen http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/meta/25980/when-approve-something-time-actually-posted-instead-second

Looks like it's happening because the answer needed approving and they edited it. For example, they posted 50 minutes ago, it needed moderation. It got edited 45 minutes ago. Then it was approved and it says posted 1 minute ago.

So yes it's a bug. Will check into it...
