It says it gives out two evs of special attack but special attack is its worst stat.
is this true?
Some Pokemon are like that. However, I checked some other sites and I'm getting inconsistent information. Bulbapedia says 2 Speed on its Pokedex page, but 2 Special Attack on the EV list here: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Pokémon_by_effort_value_yield
Serebii says 2 SpAtk. EDIT: veekun says 2 SpAtk as well, so I'm pretty sure it's 2 Special Attack EVs.
If anyone wants to test this (if it's possible to do so easily) go ahead.
