Add some tabs to All Activity.

Question

"Questions" has that tab that allows users to sort by most upvoted, most answers, etc.
For "All Activity", perhaps you can have tabs for "All Questions", "All Answers", "All Comments", "All Edits". This way people can see what they want to see. There would also still be "All Activity", so if people want all these meshed together, they can.

For the most part this is already covered. Clicking "Questions" shows you all questions. The home page of each section (i.e. pokemondb.net/pokebase/) basically shows all answers.

The only thing would be splitting comments and edits which could be done, but I don't think is really necessary.
