Similar to how youtube does it. It wouldn't be worth any points, rather it would be used as a way of "agreeing" with a comment, instead of just commenting and saying "I agree with Mr. Shadow's comment, we should all be spoiled little brats like him."
Of course, there is the slight chance that this could backfire horribly and we get what happens with Youtube's commenting system, which is a scary place indeed. :P
