It worked fine last time I did it myself :/
It's because PM didn't start it yet. He'll do it whenever he comes onto Chat.
Because Pokemaster hasn't allowed us to change our usernames yet. When he does allow it though, you will be able to change your username by editing the 'Username' area in the My Account page.
