Things like "When hiding an answer, the #titles dont fade. PM pls fix" can be reported on there, i think those are too minor to be reported as seperate questions, and i think it would be easier for PM to go through them.
That's the point of the entire Meta. PM looks through the unanswered questions and then goes about fixing and answering them. If we made a Bug thread the meta loses mmost of it's use if everyting is made a thread. The Meta isn't a forum, it's a message board so making everything a thread isn't needed.
