What is this message near the top of the RMT pages?

When I made my account, there was a message at the top of each of the Pokébase, META and RMT pages just underneath the title that said:

Welcome to the site, The Noby! This is a bit different to a normal forum, so please make sure you have read the rules before posting, thanks.

And Iv'e read the rules and everything, but it was still there. After a while I just got used to it and ignored it. But it's still there now, and now it's only on the RMT pages. Is there any way I can get rid of it?

Users with no activity on a certain section (hence your 22 points on RMT) are considered new users and therefore still receive that message within that section of the site.

You just need to answer and ask / answer a few more questions on the RMT to get rid of that message.

OK that explains it. Iv'e only ever earned 2 points on rmt.
