I have the necessary points to vote and post on walls, it even says that in my account info, but it's not letting me. Is this a glitch?

You only have the privilege to post on user walls on Pokébase, and not on the other sections. So if you are attempting to make a wall post on the RMT or Meta sections, it will not allow you to. This doesn't change much though, because you can simply post from Pokébase.
