You know how when you ask a question such as 'Why was my post hidden?' a red box will appear saying that you have to post on the mega thread instead of asking a separate question.
I think that when someone tries to ask a question asking why their question is not on the Q&A that same red box should appear saying:
>If you have under 30 points (or whatever the limit is) your question has to await approval by authority.
Or something like that.
Plenty of these have been asked in the past so I think we should do that.
