Are we allowed to repost old questions if they haven't been answered in a while?

Because maybe they are too far back for anyone to pay attention to them, and we want to know the answer to that question. For example, someone asked about separate Mega movesets, and then it wasn't answered for a long time. Then, somewhat recently, it was re-asked, and it was answered. I know I'm kind of answering my own question, but I want to know if it's allowed (because maybe no one saw the older question!).

But ppl can see the old questions (that weren't answered) in the unanswered section. ???
Eventually they would be answered unless if you hide the question.

If you have one just comment on the older question. It will bump it to the front.
