This is not a complaint or anything, but my first wall post was from fizz about necroposting. I was wondering why all of a sudden people more familiar with this site started posting welcomes on new users' walls.
Well, I can only assume it's because certain users (it's usually the same ones) feel like they should welcome new users to the site. Make them feel welcome and all that. It's not a requirement, simply a common courtesy.
