Suggestion: Add a Pokemon cry button to Pokedex entries

Question

It'd be great if you could play a Pokemon's cry from its Pokedex page by clicking a button somewhere (or the Pokemon itself). It would also be nice if the older Pokemon had the option to play their old cries, though that's obviously not as important.

This has been asked many times before. It's on my list of things to add so it should get done eventually!

BTW apart from a few exceptions (e.g. Pikachu), there aren't any "old cries" - they've mostly stayed the same for 20 years.

I should've looked more closely, sorry about that. Glad it's on the to-do list, though.

However, I believe you're wrong about the cries. In X/Y, every Pokemon from Gen V and before had its cry remastered. Additionally, every Mega Evolution has a slightly altered cry.

Yeah, we should have two buttons for each Pokemon's cry, one button for its Gen 1-5 cry, and a button for its Gen 6+ cry, and a third button for its Mega Evolution where applicable, that's what I think.
