I'm just wondering why this site has not got non-Gravatar support with Avatar icons, because some people are not fond of Gravatar or have different e-mail addresses so they can't upload. An import from computer option or even a picture URL entering system would be useful like you have on the question writer (speaking of the question writer, a import from computer option would be good for that too).
