Error on psyduck page.

At level 11 he does not learn confusion be disable.

The page is actually correct -- you've simply looked at the wrong tab. The page accurately lists Confusion as a level up move for level 11 in OR/AS and Disable as its level up move for level 11 in the X/Y tab. Serebii displays the same data.
