this page has not been updated as many of the pokemon you listed are already available on the game...For e.g - mega pidgeot, mega camerupt, cubchoo, beartic etc Please update it.
Yes I've been a bit slack on the Shuffle updates. I've added most of the missing Pokemon now. There are still a few errors which I'll get to when I can.
