What's happening to the anwser Box?

Question

When I was trying to anwser the question, the anwser box becomes weird. No small icons like B (Bold) or I (Italic) or are appearing and when I type something, the preview won't appear. When I reload it, it's still the same. What's happening? I'm having troubles placing the picture here since I'm using my phone and I can't use my computer now.

recently, I noticed that sometimes, when you are trying to select a best answer, the select best answer check disappears.

It just happens. Just wait a couple more seconds/minutes or reload the page. That's what I do.

Until now, the anwser box still does not change. Same for editing answers. I wonder if there is a reason for this. I wanna edit my In Game teams.

This happens a lot. Basically the page hasn't loaded properly or fully which means you don;t get the HTML buttons or things like the Check button. If your internet is slow or your computer is struggling this can happen often.

I used my computer and everything is ok now. I think something is just wrong with my phone.
