Error: Upvote Glitch On This Answer

Question

So today melcakes answered a question, and it got 4 upvotes. This is the answer. If you look at the comments, there appears to be a glitch. I tested this as well, and it did in fact happen. The answer had only 2 upvotes, and only my comment, the first one on there, showed up when I was logged out.

So yeah I’m just reporting this as a glitch.

The glitch isn't happening anymore so yay.
