Meta-PokéBase Q&A

As many of you know, this site has a lot of problems. Because this site looks so perfect, some people will use this site's information without cross-checking it. I know that a general disclaimer won't help much, but it's probably easier than fixing all the errors. Bulbapedia has less errors than this site does, and even they have a general disclaimer.

Can you be more specific as to what the "problems" with the site are? Like, are you talking about the incomplete parts, or actual false information, or what?

Also are you referring to the PokéBase, the non-community aspects of the site, or the whole DB?
@Astro
The whole DB hasn't been completely updated to gen VII, for example:
No name origins for gen VII pokemon
No pre-evolution moves for some Pokemon
Have the last 3 moveset questions been asked yet?
Hmm… I get that, but I wouldn't call what you listed problems, just general incompleteness. If that's what sumwun weans — a disclaimer that the DB is incomplete — then that makes perfect sense.
Yeah the DB is certainly incomplete but I don't think it's more erroneous than Bulbapedia (given that Bulbapedia is a publicly-edited encyclopaedia whereas Pokemaster finds the info himself and checks everything) - if Bulbapedia's put up a disclaimer, I guess it would be in our best interest to put one up too but in the end you shouldn't trust everything on the internet.
As for the Q&A info, a lot of it is outdated and sometimes erroneous too. It would be good to display a disclaimer of authenticity for Pokebase questions.

I don't think that's really necessary. It goes without saying that there may be errors on the site. 99% of the info on here is correct, the answer is for me to fix the last 1% :)
