Chat Suggestion: have a legal disclaimer for links you open in the Chat Room

Question

Similiar to this annoying thing, have one for links you open in the chat (and of course have it ignore links to confirmed sites like Youtube, Imgur, Google etc.).
To avoid lawsuits and whatnot (im no lawyer, i dont know how this stuff works)

I know it's annoying but Showdown has this for a reason, maybe we need it too

These are boring, but we do probably need one. Even if people just skim past it without reading, it will clear up legal issues.
