Unless I'm mistaken as to what you're actually suggesting, there's already a way to do this. If you click the blue text in the small area where it says, 'commented 15 hours ago by Fizz' or whatnot, it links you directly to the new post. I bolded the part in the example that I'm referring to. This info is stored in the URL, so you can also link it to others. Here's a direct link to this answer.
If you click the large blue text where the post's title is, it will just take you to the original post every time.
