How do you access the site on the 3DS?

I am sick and tired of my friends asking me things easily answered by the site. The sites philosophy (as seen here: https://pokemondb.net/about) says it can be accessed on the 3DS so, how?

The 3DS has a built-in browser, accessed using the globe icon at the top of the home screen. But it's an old and crappy browser which doesn't support current web standards.

I've just checked and PokemonDb it's not too bad. The menu doesn't work but there is a "fallback" in place where it takes you to a separate page listing all the things in the menu. Besides that, a few things are out of place but mostly it works.
