Do we want new users?

I was wondering.. do we want new users? I feel like some users dont like the idea of new users but if we want more i will tell all my friends about this site! :)

Yes, of course we want new users! As long as they understand what the site's about and abide by the rules, the more the merrier :)

The only reason any veteran hates a newbie is for breaking rules and making more work for them.

Of course we want new users, but the issue many have with new people here is because people won't respect the basic rules. Imagine hanging out with your friends, and there's that one annoying guy who constantly picks at everyone, and does things to add tension to the group. The problem isn't new users, it's rude users that can't respect the basic rules in place.
