Why does the user who wrote the most upvoted question only have 200 points?

I think maybe once a question goes past a certain amount of upvotes the upvotes don't give points anymore.

The comments are correct - once a question receives 20 upvotes, it will no longer receive points for any subsequent upvotes.

So:

• 20 upvotes for that 1 question (20 * 10 = 200)
• 2 downvotes for that 1 question (2 * -10 = -20)
• All users start with 20 points: 20

200 + -20 + 20 = 200!
