Yes, but slowly. Fizz linked the software we use, for which I'm now the main developer. But I only do it in my spare time (the previous guy was able to put a lot more time in back then).
A lot of the features in the latest version were not "visible" features that members would see, mostly code updates and stuff for admins. However there is an option for comment voting. Haven't decided whether to turn it on here yet. It wouldn't score any points but it can be useful if someone makes a useful extra point to an answer.
As I think I mentioned in another question I'm also working on a feature for "on-site notifications" where instead of having to go to your updates page, there would be a button at the top where you can see replies to your posts (like you get on Facebook, Twitter etc).
And I'm also working on adding a forum, using the same software but modified. Again progress is slow on that one but we'll get there eventually :)
