I am aware of the rule that questions regarding information that can be easily found on this site are not allowed, but in some recent answers I have used information from pages on this site that some newer users may not know about, like the location guide. Is it necessary to provide a link, or can I just say what page I used?
You aren't obligated to do so, but you by all means can and it is encouraged. It makes it easier for everyone, and people like effort. If you do, who knows, the better quality might get you upvotes. It's really quite simple. :P
