Suddenly unsecure site?

For the entire time Ive used PokeBase/PokemonDB, it has been safe and secure. But now on my 3DS and computer... the Secure Lock symbol is not locked? Why?

on my ds thers a X next to it in red. it is unlocked on my computer. I looked this up and it looks like the site is unsecire now, even thoguh it was last week.
