The asker can't hide a question if someone else closes it

I just tested this with TY (thank you ty!!). They made a question, I closed it, and checked if they could hide it. They sent me this screenshot. As you can see, they were unable to hide the question. Should this be fixed?

I'm simply thinking that the asker should be able to hide their own posts after they're closed.

I didn't make this thread out of laziness, lol.
Also yeah, I'm going to keep this up because that's from over two years ago and it was never answered. If another staff member wants me to take it down though, I will.
