Does the tournament suggestions thread allow Ladder Tournaments or Live Tournaments?

I wanted to post a suggestion for an old generations(Gen 3) ladder tournament , and I wanted to ask if this was allowed.
I also wanted to ask if I was allowed to put special rules on such tournaments, such as all Players have to use a Monotype team(but normal ladder opponents don't have to).

There is no rule saying you can't suggest a ladder tourney, so feel free. You are also welcome to include special rules. The tourney would need to end within a reasonable timeframe, though (and we have never tried such a thing in this community, so there'd have to be some work put into the rules and structure).
