Incorrect Ability Description (Rivalry)

The page describing Rivalry currently doesn't mention the lowered damage you deal to Pokémon of the opposite gender, which feels like it should be mentioned.

I think we should keep this here instead of send it to https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/meta/55591 , since it comes from a wider problem where some PokemonDb descriptions are still copied from flavour text in older games.
