Is there a reliable method to know when the next Username changes will be?

I know PM is super ̶f̶o̶r̶g̶e̶t̶f̶u̶l̶ ̶ busy and name changes are every ~6 months but I keep missing the date and I know emails are no longer a thing so I was wondering if there's a method better than "Check PM's activity, add 6 months and pray". Sadly, I don't frequent the site enough anymore to keep track.

Now, you may be wondering that if I'm so inactive, why do I care about my username change anyway, and you're right, but it's a principle thing, and I was wondering if it's possible to have like a dialogue box in the Pokebase/RMT/Metabase advertising that the changes are now active, perhaps like a pinned question or something.

If it's already in practice, my bad, and I'll try to be more active and catch the next time, but if not, I was hoping this could be implemented if it's not too time-consuming/complicated.

Not really. If there were a better way than adding six months to Pokemaster's last thread, then we would almost certainly be advertising it here. We will put a big noisy notice on that thread whenever username changes are active and use Discord announcements to help notify people.

A box linking into username changes is something Pokemaster could implement. It would be good if we were told the date ahead of time.

All righty then, I guess I'll have to keep an eye out for Discord. Is that very active nowadays? What's the official DB discord? Still, I hope there's a thread made on Pokebase/RMT as well, just for extra visibility, but I can understand not wanting to advertise name changes on Pokebase if it might cause too much chaos.

The DB Discord server is a little bit of updates, and mostly just a few of us saying random things, sending memes, and repeating each other, if I'm being totally honest. Still, anything important gamewise or sitewise does go on there.
